Joshua Kunis is a civil litigator with 17 years experience in Clark County, Nevada. He manages personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, subrogation and workers compensation cases through arbitration, mediation and trial. He has significant experience in handling complex litigation and has participated in approximately 200 arbitrations and 350 mediations.
