Abigail J. Larimer is an associate in the Trial Practice Group of Barrett & Farahany, LLP. Abigail represents plaintiffs in employment, overtime, retaliation, and sexual harassment litigation.
Abigail graduated cum laude from Vanderbilt University in 2005 with degrees in History and Sociology. She received her Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law in 2008. In law school, Abigail served as the Director of Competitions for Moot Court Society and competed in the Tulane Sports Law Invitational Competition. She was awarded the William J. Samuels Award for Outstanding Service & Contribution to Moot Court Society and was selected for membership in the Order of the Barristers, the National Honor Society for Achievement in Appellate Advocacy. Abigail also completed an internship at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Prior to joining Barrett & Farahany, Abigail was employed at a small law firm in Decatur, Georgia, where she specialized in civil litigation.
Abigail is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers, and National Employment Lawyers Association, Georgia Chapter. Abigail is also a member of the Junior League of Atlanta.
Abigail was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. Outside of work, Abigail enjoys cheering for the New Orleans Saints, listening to live music, reading, and volunteering.
