Pamela is an associate attorney at dennis M. sandoval, a PLC. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from University of New Mexico School of Law and her Master of Tax Law (LL.M.) degree from New York University School. Pamela is a Certified Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Specialist by the California Bar Board of Legal Specialization.
Pamela is approved for court appointed cases with the Riverside County Probate Court. In 2011 and 2012, she was appointed by the Riverside Court to represent the famous jazz singer, Etta James, in a contested conservatorship proceeding. Her practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning, elder law, probates, conservatorships and tax controversy work. She especially likes to work on advanced estate planning and complicated Medi-Cal planning matters.
She has been the Chairperson or Co-Chairperson of the Estate Planning Section for the Riverside County Bar Association since 2008. She is currently the Vice President for the Southern California Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She has served in various officer positions of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys Southern California Chapter since 2009.
