Ramon A. Urteaga is an Associate with Wood, Herron & Evans and is involved in all phases of the firm's practice, with concentration in the area of mechanical technologies. He joined Wood, Herron, and Evans in 2006 and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2007.
Ramon graduated with honors from the City College of New York (City University of New York) in 1993 with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering. He then graduated with honors from Xavier University in 2002 with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). He received his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the Salmon Chase College of Law in 2007. While in law school, Ramon was an Editor of the Northern Kentucky Law Review.
Prior to joining Wood, Herron & Evans, Ramon spent 12 years as an engineer for The Procter & Gamble Company, where he worked in the areas of Product and Process Development. Ramon is a co-inventor in two patents arising from his work at P&G. Being a native of Peru and having lived there until his teenage years, Ramon is fluent in Spanish. He resides in Mason with his wife Mary and four minor children.
