Prior to entering private practice, Norman was Labor Counsel and Director ofLabor Relations for Zale Corporation. Over the years, he has been a frequent lecturer and has served as Adjunct Professor and Instructor at Southern Methodist University and the University ofTexas at Dallas, respectively, teaching Labor Relations and Employment Law. He has also authored/co-authored numerous articles on labor and employment law and has mentored some ofDallas' top labor and employment attorneys.
