Alicia Lamboy-Mombille is a Limited Member in the Firm's Corporate & Banking Law Department, where she specializes in Environmental Law. She regularly appears before planning and redevelopment agencies and zoning officials to advocate on behalf of real estate developers and property owners. She assists clients in title, survey, and construction issues and in obtaining construction land use authorization permits and approvals issued by the Federal and the Commonwealth agencies or the autonomous Municipalities. Ms. Lamboy-Mombille also delivers advice in the preparation of environmental assessments and environmental impact statements for compliance with environmental public policy requirements, and in location consultations, zoning and permitting aspects required for the development of residential wastewater, storm water, commercial, industrial and utility projects.In addition, she represents industrial and commercial clients in environmental compliance issues related to air, water and land pollution control and natural resource regulations and provides assistance in environmental due diligence investigations related to real estate transactions. Ms. Lamboy-Mombille also represents clients involved in alternative renewable energy projects, in areas related to utility power purchase agreements, zoning and permitting issues.
