Ms. Twait is an associate in the real estate and general litigation departments.  Her practice includes preparation of real estate documents such as leases, purchase agreements, handling title matters, drafting loan documents and memos on various legal topics and assisting in preparing applications and reviewing requirements imposed with regard to economic and land development plans under Chapter 353. 

Ms. Twait also handles litigation matters in connection with loan documents, foreclosures, bankruptcy proceedings and landlord-tenant disputes.
