Lamm, Charles Ashley

Mr. Turner has more than 35 years of criminal trial experience. A former prosecutor, Mr. Turner has defended individuals and corporations in state and federal courts throughout the United States. He has appeared in over 20 states and the Virgin Islands. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York, various Federal District Courts, the second, third and fourth Circuit Courts of the United States Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr Turner has successfully defended clients in diverse cases from racketeering, narcotics, and homicides. His unrelenting defense of his clients' rights has resulted in their being exonerated and their continuous recommendations from former clients.

Mr. Turner is a graduate of Boston University School of Law, where as a student, assisted indigent defendants in criminal cases in Roxbury, Massachusetts.
