Lambiase, Donald J

Ronnie Turner, Jr., a native of Houston, Texas, graduated from Lamar University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in Political Science. During his tenure at Lamar University, he had the honor of serving as Student Body President as well as Vice President. He also served as Vice Chair of the Student Advisory Board to the Texas State University System Board of Regents. Further he was a duly initiated member of Order of Omega Honors Fraternity. Following his time at Lamar University, he earned a law degree from Baylor University School of Law. While attending Baylor, he received many honors, including being a member of the nationally-recognized Baylor Mock Trial Team and a finalist in the Top Gun Intramural Mock Trial Competition. After graduating law school, Ronnie began working with Provost «Umphrey Law Firm, L.L.P. He primarily practices in areas of personal injury, premises, and products liability cases.

Ronnie is currently licensed to practice in the State of Texas, United States District Court, Eastern District of Texas, and the United States District Court, Southern District of Texas. Ronnie is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Jefferson County Young Lawyers Association, and the Jefferson County Bar Association. He is currently on the Board of the Foundation for Southeast Texas as well as the Board of Directors for the Jefferson County Young Lawyers Association. He also served as Legal Counsel to the Southeast Texas Regional Planning Commission.

Ronnie is active in several social and civic organizations. He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., 100 Black Men of Greater Beaumont, and the Lamar University Alumni Advisory Board. He does motivational speaking engagements for several schools and organizations. Ronnie is recently married to his wife, Brittani L. Turner.
