Ms. Turke's representative work is wide-ranging and varied and includes, contractual disputes, licensing issues, non-compete cases, commercial construction cases, shareholder and business partner disputes and family trust disputes to name a few. Ms. Turke has special expertise in the creditors' rights arena, where she counsels clients on secured transactions, loan refinancing and forbearance agreements and has handled large commercial foreclosures, receiverships and protected creditors' rights in bankruptcy proceedings (including preference actions and relief from stay motions).
