Maggie Tucker's practice is focused on handling general litigation matters including personal injury and property damage, employment matters, trucking/transportation matters, construction related matters and insurance coverage and litigation issues.  

Maggie's diverse employment experience has given her unique insight into handling a variety of claims and meeting clients' needs and requirements. Maggie began work at a small plaintiffs firm. Thereafter, Maggie transitioned to a medium size and then larger Kansas City defense firm. Additionally, Maggie also has experience working as an attorney at a large insurance company. 

Maggie is involved in the national legal defense organization DRI (Defense Research Institute). Maggie is also a member of the prestigious Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, a nonpartisan alliance comprised of thousands of insurance companies, corporations, Corporate Counsel, Litigation and Risk Managers, claims professionals and attorneys. Through education and collaboration the organization's goals are to create a common interest in the representation by firms of companies, and to promote and further the highest standards of litigation management in pursuit of client defense. Selected attorneys and law firms are extended membership by invitation only based on nominations from CLM Fellows. Maggie is co-chair of the insurance coverage litigation committee and oversight chair of the committee mini conference and the Litigation Management Magazine subcommittees.

Maggie earned her J.D. from the Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas in 1999. In addition to being admitted to practice in all state trial and appellate courts of Missouri and Kansas, she is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri and the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. Maggie lives in Lee's Summit, Missouri with her husband and young son.
