Nicholas Lagattuta completed his Juris Doctor at DePaul University in 1982.   He also earned his baccalaureate degree in Accounting from DePaul University. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1982.

Nicholas Lagattuta has prosecuted and tried a wide range of civil and criminal cases.

His extensive experience as a Cook County Assistant States Attorney has served the firm's clients well.  A broad range of experience in search and seizure, driving while intoxicated, preliminary hearing, grand jury, midemeanor, felony trials and all related criminal issues have all proved to be invaluable.

Nicholas Lagattuta's numerous professional and civic memberships reflect his burning desire to stay deeply involved in the community he serves. He is a member of the American Bar Association and Northwest Suburban Bar Association. He served as a board member of Dream for Kids, the Twinbrook Campanelli YMCA Board, and on the Holy Cross High School Board. He has also served on the DePaul University College of Commerce Alumni Board and is a past member of the Schaumburg A.M. Rotary Club.
