Peter Trombadore practices in Brown & Heller's securities litigation department. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Trombadore worked as a securities litigation attorney at Kozyak Tropin & Throckmorton, P.A.

While in school, Mr. Trombadore worked for the Enforcement and Compliance Divisions of the United States Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC). He held positions in the SEC Graduate Honors Law, Law Student Observer and Graduate Honors Business Programs. At the SEC, Mr. Trombadore gained experience in investigating and prosecuting violations of the federal securities laws, including insider trading and market manipulation. Mr. Trombadore also served as Summer Law Clerk to Criminal Court Judge Jacqueline Hogan Scola and Cuba Policy Intern to United States Senator Mel Martinez.

Mr. Trombadore earned his Juris Doctor from the Florida International University College of Law. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Miami School of Business.
