Felix Kushnir is an associate in Dickstein Shapiro's Corporate and Finance Practice. He represents public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, corporate governance, and commercial agreements with special emphasis on advising government contractors. A significant portion of Mr. Kushnir's work also involves representing private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
