Bill La Forte has concentrated his practice in real estate development since the mid-1970s. He is the firm's principal attorney in representing real estate developers, and has worked extensively in counseling them in all types of development projects, including numerous major commercial leases and planned unit developments, which include condominium and townhouse projects. He also represents and counsels banks and mortgage companies in their residential and commercial real estate lending. His experience includes the following:

- Representing a Fortune 100 Company in the establishment of one of the largest commercial office parks in Upstate New York.

- Negotiating numerous commercial office leases for clients, including a major accounting firm.

- Formulating and drafting offering plans for planned unit developments and property owners' associations, including both residential and commercial associations.
