Mr. Kuhn practices exclusively in the field of employee benefits. His practice includes all matters affecting pension, profit sharing, ESOP, 401(k), executive compensation and health and welfare benefit programs.
Mr. Kuhn is a member of the Kansas, Missouri and California Bar Associations. Prior to practicing law, he worked as a Certified Public Accountant in Kansas. Mr. Kuhn has published many articles on employee benefits and tax in journals such as Tax Management Compensation Planning Journal, Taxation for Lawyers, Taxation of Employee Benefits, Journal of Employee Ownership Law and Finance, Journal of Compensation and Benefits, and Kansas Law Review.
