Allison is a member of the Professional Liability Department where the focus of her practice is on insurance coverage and bad faith issues. Here, Allison provides insurers with counsel in bad faith claims and insurance coverage disputes brought against them.
For two years prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Allison served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judge Donald R. Totato in the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas. As well, during her final year of law school, Allison served as a legal extern for the Honorable Justice J. Michael Eakin of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. She also served as a certified legal intern for the Pennsylvania State Civil Service Commission in the Hearings and Appeals Department.
In 2006, Allison graduated from York College of Pennsylvania, Magna Cum Laude. Having been awarded a merit scholarship, she then attended the Widener University School of Law where she earned her J.D. in 2009. During her time in law school, Allison served on the survey staff of the Widener Law Journal, was the president of the Moot Court Honor Society from 2008-2009, and a student member of the American Inns of Court, James S. Bowman Chapter, of which she is currently an associate member.
