Dan joined Post & Post LLC in 2010, with three years of litigation and transaction experience. He focuses his practice on medical malpractice defense, post trial, and appellate advocacy.  Most recently, Dan completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable James P. Cullen of the Court of Common Pleas, Pennsylvania, Second Judicial District. In this position, Dan researched, collaborated with the Judge, and drafted opinions on various civil and criminal issues with emphasis on complex medical professional liability matters. Simultaneous to his clerkship, Dan independently served as an arbitrator in civil cases.

Prior to these positions, Dan researched and compiled reports on sub-prime mortgages' effects on investment banks for the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary and drafted and revised transactional documents as a legal intern in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP. In addition, Dan served as a legal intern for the Honorable Arlander Keys, United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the Honorable J. Curtis Joyner, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and under the Honorable Ann Claire Williams, United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. During law school, he served on the editorial board of two legal journals.
