Kubiak, John McClain

Mr. Towne represents financial institutions in regards to all aspects of commercial loan transactions, including workout, composition, recapitalization restructuring, sensitive loan, and credit extension transactions.

Mr. Towne has also lectured at continuing education seminars as well as commercial law, banking and professional conferences. He has also authored several articles on bankruptcy and commercial law matters.

Mr. Towne is also involved in the community by participating in activities, such as, Citizens Advisory Council (Summit County Juvenile Court), Burned Churches Initiative (committeeman) and Pastoral Counseling Services (member of board).
