Jason's practice is primarily focused on the representation of individuals, small businesses and closely held companies in cases involving catastrophic injury or property loss up through and including jury trial. His clients include Brent Hinds of the band, Mastodon, celebrity photographer, Scott Cosman and sports and celebrity photographer Rik Fedyck, Hallmart Collectibles, Inc., Chemposite, Inc., and Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals, Inc. With over 15 years of trial experience in Alabama and California, Jason has won verdicts against Playboy Enterprises and Toyota Motor Sales USA, among others. He recently negotiated a multi-million dollar settlement against State Farm Insurance Company for first party bad faith arising out of State Farm's refusal to cover the destruction of its insured's inventory damaged in a roof collapse. Outside the courtroom, Jason volunteers as a mediator and settlement officer for the Los Angeles County Superior Court and handles pro bono adoptions on behalf of the Alliance for Children's Rights. He also presents various seminars to Los Angeles County foster youth who have aged out of the foster care system.

Interests:
Jason and his wife Jennifer have been married for fifteen years and have three children. He is an avid amateur chef and wine enthusiast. Aside from his wife and children, his three great loves are food, fitness and football. Jason enjoys lifting weights and running as well as playing golf, and when autumn winds rustle the leaves, he enjoys watching the Crimson Tide of Alabama and the Oakland Raiders take to the field.
