Liz focuses her practice on foundational aspects of start-up and expansion stage businesses.  She works primarily in the business and corporate transactional practice at Slinde Nelson Stanford, but also provides research, assistance, and strategy to the litigation team.

Liz uses her extensive experience in starting and developing new businesses to evaluate her client’s transactional and litigation matters from a broader viewpoint.  Liz has helped plan, pitch, and obtain funding for several biotech and drug development start-ups, including co-founding and serving as CEO of a pharmaceutical tool company.  While completing law school, Liz clerked for the Civil Litigation Department of the US Attorney’s Office in Anchorage, Alaska.  Prior to joining the firm, Liz provided litigation and transactional assistance to local firms.
