Mr. Kremer received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at San Diego in 1975. He earned his J.D. in 1980 from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law where he was a member of the staff of the school's International Law Journal and a member of the International Moot Court Team which participated in the 1978 Jessup Competition. Mr. Kremer's experience since graduation has been primarily in business litigation in the state and federal courts, including matters involving securities, antitrust, intellectual property and unfair competition issues.
