John Kreamer is a trial lawyer and partner with the firm and handles cases for the firm’s clients throughout the State of Illinois.  John’s litigation practice concentrates in business and employment law, insurance defense litigation, personal injury litigation, premises liability law, and professional malpractice.  John also handles transactional work for the firm’s business, real estate and estate planning clients.   John has successfully tried cases involving a variety of matters including personal injury, commercial litigation, insurance coverage and multi-party tort litigation.  John is experienced in handling cases of significant exposure at both the trial and appellate levels including receiving a not guilty verdict involving a permanently disabled union carpenter.  John also provides legal consulting and training services to Illinois businesses.

John received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and History from Coe College where he graduated cum laude.  John received his J.D. from DePaul College of Law where he was active in trial advocacy coursework and was named most outstanding pre-trial civil litigation student.  John is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois.  John is admitted to the United States District Court, for the Northern District of Illinois and is a member of the federal trial bar for the Northern District of Illinois.  John is a member of DRI, the DuPage County Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
