Kremer, Mark D.

Amanda Todd represents management in all aspects of labor and employment law. Her practice encompasses defending employers against race, gender, age, and disability discrimination and harassment claims, retaliation, breach of contract, and employer-related torts as well as restrictive covenant matters. She also has experience representing management in union grievance matters and unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board.

Amanda is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association where she serves on the Pro Bono Activities Committee. She is also actively involved in the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program where she represents pro bono clients in miscellaneous civil and immigration-related matters.
