In 1991, David L. Kowzun graduated from Rutgers- The State University of New Jersey, Livingston College with a B.S. in Finance and Political Science. In 1997, he graduated with a J.D. from Rutgers-The State University of New Jersey, School of Law in Camden, New Jersey. Soon afterwards, he clerked with the Hon. Lorraine C. Parker, J.S.C., in Newton, New Jersey for the years of 1997-1998. During that year, Mr. Kowzun was exposed to many matters involving personal injury litigation and insurance coverage issues. From 1998 to the present, Mr. Kowzun has been an associate with Goldstein, Ballen, O'Rourke & Wildstein, focusing on Automobile Negligence, No-Fault law and No-Fault arbitrations, Premise Liability, and Products Liability litigation. Mr. Kowzun is a member of New Jersey Association for Justice, an organization the advances the rights of persons injured through the negligence of others.
