Krebs, Robert E.

Tara Kowalski's practice focuses on complex business, tort, and insurance coverage litigation. Her experience includes counseling and representing clients in all stages of litigation in state and federal courts throughout the United States in the areas of complex commercial contracts, insurance recovery, unfair competition and unfair business practices, and toxic tort. Tara also has been involved in designing and implementing e-discovery programs in response to the Amended Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

Tara is co-chair of the Fraud Subcommittee of the American Bar Association's Business Torts Litigation Committee. She has written extensively on insurance coverage and greenhouse gas emission issues.
