Bruce Tittel is a Partner with Wood, Herron & Evans, L.L.P. Admitted to the Tennessee bar in 1963, and the Ohio bar in 1964, Bruce is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Since joining the firm in 1963, Bruce has concentrated his efforts in the area of patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret litigation.
Bruce received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Vanderbilt University in 1960. He received his law degree from the Vanderbilt University Law School in 1963, where he served as Associate Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review.
Bruce is an active member of the American and Cincinnati Bar Associations, the American and Cincinnati Intellectual Property Law Associations and the Association of Trial Lawyers in America. He is listed in The Best Lawyers In America (Intellectual Property section) and is co-author of the book What Every Engineer Should Know About Patents. Bruce has also co-authored articles on trade secrets and trademark protection and has been a speaker before various bar associations. He resides in Cincinnati, Ohio with his wife Rochelle.
