John Tinney has practiced law in Charleston, West Virginia for over 40 years and has tried over 100 jury trials. He has been honored by Best Lawyers in America and Chambers USA as one of America's leading lawyers for Commercial Litigation. John served as President of the West Virginia State Bar (2001 - 2002) and recently was the President of the West Virginia Bar Foundation (2009 - 2010). He is also a member of the Fourth Circuit Judicial Conference, has chaired the West Virginia University College of Law Development Committee and is a Master of the Judge John A. Field American Inn of Court.
