Kramer, Barbara H.

Lauren Tignor is an associate attorney with the firm. She was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. After graduating from high school, she attended the University of Georgia, where she graduated cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a minor in Psychology.

Upon graduation from the University of Georgia, Ms. Tignor attended the Georgia State University College of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate degree, magna cum laude. While in law school, Ms. Tignor served as the Vice President of the GSU Association of Women Law Students, the Secretary of the Business and Law Society and as a pupil in the Weltner Family Law Inn of Court. In addition, she interned at the Office of the Georgia Capital Defender, where she assisted in several high profile death penalty appeals.

In 2010, Ms. Tignor received the Custer-Tuggle Excellence in Family Law Award from the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Savannah Bar Association, the Savannah Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys and the Young Lawyers Division of the Savannah Bar.
