Anne Harden Tindall is a counsel in the firm's Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Government and Regulatory Litigation Practice Group. She rejoined the firm in 2012 after serving as counsel on the Committee on Energy and Commerce at the US House of Representatives.
Practice
During her time at the US House of Representatives, Ms. Tindall conducted oversight for a Committee with jurisdiction over health care, energy, environmental protection, auto safety, food and drug safety, telecommunications and consumer protection. She played a lead role in high profile investigations of entities in the health care, energy and automotive industries.
Prior to departing the firm in 2009, Ms. Tindall represented a wide variety of clients before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, and provided advice concerning legislative and litigation developments related to their business practices.
Ms. Tindall also maintained an active pro bono practice, representing a death-row inmate in state and federal court litigation, and counseling clients in the area of reproductive rights.
