Mary L. Kosmark graduated from St. John's University School of Law in 1984 and joined the firm in August, 2000. She was formerly associated with a boutique law firm specializing in the creation of cooperatives and condominiums, including conversions, new construction and non-residential properties. She has extensive experience in various aspects of real property law, including contracts, conveyances, leases, and financing transactions on behalf of both borrowers and lenders. Ms. Kosmark has also worked as a consultant and has been involved in the valuation of all types of commercial properties in the New York area. She was on the management team of a major downtown office building undergoing conversion to mixed use.
Ms. Kosmark is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
