Mr. Tiedemann is an Associate in the firm's litigation section. He is a 1991 graduate of Roger Williams University and 1997 graduate of New England School of Law, Magna Cum Laude.
Mr. Tiedemann joined the firm in the Fall of 2012. Mr. Tiedemann was previously a Business and Construction Litigation Associate at two large Boston firms, Day, Berry & Howard (1997-2000) and Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky & Popeo, P.C. (2000-2007). In 2007, Mr. Tiedemann started a niche litigation practice in Boston, which he ran until joining Kajko, Weisman, Colasanti & Stein.
Mr. Tiedemann concentrates on contract/business disputes, real property/land use and construction litigation, and consumer, employment and personal injury cases.
Mr. Tiedemann was named a Rising Star Super Lawyer in each of the years from 2005-2008, distinctions conferred on fewer than 2.5% of applicable lawyers. He has tried numerous civil and criminal cases, both jury and bench trials, and has handled multiple appeals.
Mr. Tiedemann has also arbitrated and mediated cases and appeared before various administrative agencies.
