Richard Kostovski is an associate with the firm and focuses his practice to the areas of bankruptcy, tax appeal, and family law. He has represented clients at mediations, hearings, and trials throughout the State of New Jersey.
Mr. Kostovski is admitted to United States District Court of New Jersey and New Jersey State Court. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the Essex County Bar Association. He volunteers with the New Jersey State Bar Foundation and also as a pro bono attorney with the Battered Women's Legal Advocacy Project defending victims of domestic violence.
He received his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami Gardens, Florida. During law school, he had served as a pro bono law clerk at the Legal Aid Society of Miami, assisting residents with wills, family law, and other various matters.
Prior to attending law school, he attended Seton Hall University and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice.
