Jack was born in Virginia Beach and has resided in the region for most of his life. After receiving his Bachelor's Degree in History from the Virginia Military Institute in 2000, he enrolled at the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in the fall of 2001. In an effort to help put himself through law school, Jack worked as a commercial fisherman, both as captain and mate. After graduating from law school in 2004, Jack decided to go into the maritime industry, obtaining his 100 ton Captain's License (which is still current) and working as a licensed captain in and around the Port of Hampton Roads and the adjacent coastal waters.
In 2007, Jack moved to the beautiful Eastern Shore of Virginia and began the practice of law. He has been a general practitioner of law with his office in Cape Charles, VA since 2007.
Jack enjoys spending time with his wife and their family of four legged children--two horses and a dog. He also enjoys fishing, being outdoors, and watching foot ball and rugby.
