About Jennifer:
Jennifer Koiles is a dedicated and energetic attorney, named as a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers magazine in 3 consecutive years (a recognition given to only 5 percent of lawyers in any year). In addition to running a successful law practice with an impressive track record, she is a devoted mother to two children, as well as a skier, runner and outdoors enthusiast.

Law Practice Experience:
As of Jan. 1, 2011, Jennifer Koiles has acted as the lead lawyer in more than 500 family law matters, including but not limited to cases involving divorce, alimony, paternity, child support, child custody and visitation issues, guardianships and grandparent visitation. She has also handled more than 250 criminal defense proceedings, including but not limited to cases involving alleged sexual assault, child abuse, and drunk driving.

Prior to opening her own practice, Jennifer served as a prosecutor in the Middlesex District Attorney's Office and the Norfolk District Attorney's Office for approximately 10 years.

Mediation is the process of facilitating dispute resolution through a neutral arbiter - a person who is not empowered to impose judgment, but who is trained in getting parties to engage in fruitful dialogue with an aim toward settlement.
