Komornicka, Mary L.

Angela T. Thompson joined Watanabe Ing LLP as an associate in 2009. Her primary area of practice is Commercial Litigation.

While attending the William S. Richardson School of Law, Ms. Thompson was the Executive Editor of the Asian-Pacific Law and Policy Journal and co-translated Commentary on Important Legal Precedents for 2006: Trends in Constitutional Law Cases from Japanese to English. She competed on the International Environmental Moot Court Team and served as an extern for the Honorable Susan Oki Mollway, United States Chief Judge for the District of Hawaii. While in school, she also clerked for two years at a prominent personal injury law firm.

Prior to entering law school, Ms. Thompson worked for the municipal government in Akita, Japan as a translator and international relations specialist.

Ms. Thompson is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before all of the state and federal courts of the State of Hawaii.
