Attorney Darryl B. Kogan is a founding partner in the law firm of Kogan & DiSalvo, P.A. Mr. Kogan is a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer. This accomplishment and status demonstrates his knowledge and experience. Both he and his firm focus strictly on personal injury law, including auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, boat accidents, catastrophic injuries, mass torts and class action cases, negligent liability cases, product liability cases and wrongful death cases. The firm was established in 1994.
In 1995 Mr. Kogan was presented with the Pro Bono Award in the Civil Trial Area by the Palm Beach County Legal Aid Society, Palm Beach County Bar Association & South Palm Beach County Bar Association.
Mr. Kogan obtained his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Miami in 1983. He obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration, with honors, majoring in finance, in 1979 from the University of Denver and earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration in 1977 from Florida Atlantic University, with a major in finance.
Martindale-Hubbell, an independent, highly regarded rating agency that utilizes peer review to rate members of the legal community, has assigned Mr. Kogan an AV Rating, which is the highest rating for legal ability and ethics awarded. He has served personal injury clients with caring and commitment for 30 years.
Mr. Kogan is admitted to trial practice before the United State Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, U.S. District Courts for the Southern District and Middle District of Florida, and all courts of the State of Florida .
