Koltse, Jennifer R.

Jen Koltse's practice focuses on the areas of public finance and health care compliance, with a concentration in tax-exempt municipal finance. She has served as borrower's counsel, bond counsel, and underwriter's counsel for tax-exempt and taxable financings throughout the United States. With respect to health care compliance, Jen has advised hospitals and other health care-related entities regarding 501(c)(3) tax-exemption compliance, fee-splitting laws, the Medicare anti-kickback law, the Stark Law, HIPAA, and the False Claims Act.

Jen is a member of The Chicago Bar Association and the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA).
