Dan Thomas's practice involves real estate investments, lending, and general commercial real estate law, including the acquisition, disposition, and financing of real property throughout the United States. He has represented fund sponsors and investors in the formation of, and investment in, real estate funds in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Dan also has represented major financial institutions in their construction lending and credit enhanced tax-exempt bond financing for multifamily housing developments in New York City.
Dan is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
