Alan joined the firm as an associate in February 2009. His practice focuses on complex litigation and the resolution of insurance coverage issues for companies with potential mass tort liability.
Prior to joining Gilbert LLP, Alan worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Marianne O. Battani, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan. From 2006 to 2007, Alan was an associate in the Private Funds practice group at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
