Koehler, Reginald

MaryEllen Koberg has practiced law for over 20 years. She is board certified in construction law and focuses her practice on construction contract matters including negotiations and litigation including defect claims, delay claims, performance and payment bond claims, insurance claims and lien law issues. MaryEllen is a member of several litigation and construction law sections of the Florida Bar. She also has extensive experience in contract drafting and negotiating.  She has written numerous papers and articles relating to construction law and has participated as a speaker for the continuing legal education program for lawyers, architects and engineers.
