Wendy Terry is a special counsel in the firm's Regulatory and Government Affairs Department, and a member of the Antitrust and Competition Practice Group. She joined the firm in 1992.

Practice

Ms. Terry's practice focuses on antitrust law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions counseling, general antitrust counseling and private antitrust litigation. She represents clients in the process of mergers with potential antitrust concerns and advises clients considering transactions with potential antitrust risks. Her work includes working with federal antitrust agencies investigating mergers to obtain prompt clearance. In addition, Ms. Terry assists clients in defense of private antitrust claims, both in stand-alone antitrust actions and in cases where the antitrust claims are appended to other intellectual property claims.
