Knudson, Scott G.

Laurie concentrates her practice in the area of estate administration and estate planning, including complex trust issues, special needs planning, guardianships, cabin trusts, farm succession planning, contested probates and trusts, Financial and Healthcare Powers of Attorney, Marital Property issues, and other probate proceedings.

Laurie graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Anthropology/Archaeology from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. She earned her Master's Degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and taught fourth grade in Amery, Wisconsin for six years. She received her law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN.  She is licensed to practice in Wisconsin and Minnesota.

Laurie is a member of the Eau Claire County Bar and currently serves on the executive board of Literacy Volunteers of the Chippewa Valley, the board of the Women’s Giving Circle, and is the chairperson of the Eau Claire Housing Authority.  She is an active member of the Eau Claire Junior League and has been the Treasurer for the past 2 years.
