Bob Teper, presently of counsel, formerly a senior partner practicing in the areas of real estate acquisitions, zoning, development, financing, management and disposition, with an emphasis in land use matters, municipal permitting and zoning, and conditional use issues. In the past 45 years, Mr. Teper has appeared on land use matters, including zoning and conditional use issues, before County Planning and Town, Village and City Boards and Plan Commissions throughout Wisconsin, most frequently in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Racine and Kenosha Counties. He has represented clients in annexation, acquisition, zoning, subdividing, condemnation, construction and financing projects in Illinois, Wisconsin, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Georgia, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Oklahoma, Ohio, Nebraska, Florida, Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and he was primary counsel for a large real estate developer expanding throughout the United States.
