Elizabeth graduated from Harvard Law School in 1999. One focus of her practice at SPR involves environmental impact assessment under SEQRA and NEPA, including litigation related to such matters. Elizabeth also advises developers and regulated entities with respect to environmental permitting and enforcement actions, and negotiates with government agencies on their behalf, particularly in the areas of wetlands and marine work. She also has experience in litigation involving environmental permitting standards, environmental contamination and contractual provisions. Elizabeth has represented a number of municipal and state agencies in defending land use and other determinations challenged on environmental grounds.
