Nadine B. Teixeira is a member of the firm's Emerging Companies group and is based in the firm's Menlo Park office. Her practice is focused on the representation of emerging companies, venture capital funds and public companies. With significant International experience, Nadine brings a unique perspective to the firm's Emerging Companies and Corporate practice groups. Prior to joining Perkins, Nadine was a Special Counsel at Cooley, Godward & Kronish LLP in Palo Alto, representing emerging companies, venture capital funds and public companies. Nadine previously was a corporate partner at Demarest e Almeida Advogados, Brazil. She received her LL.M. in Corporate Governance & Practice from Stanford Law School in 2005 and her Bachelor of Law from the Law School of the University of São Paulo, Brazil, in 1990. Nadine is fluent in Portuguese and English. She is admitted to practice in California and Brazil.
