Klein, Shmuel B.

Mr. Kirschner is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He had represented unions for more than 40 years in virtually every private and public sector and was General Counsel for the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) International for ten years. He has extensive federal and state court litigation experience as well as experience before the National Labor Relations Board and various state labor boards. In addition, he has represented labor unions and grievants in hundreds of labor arbitration cases.
