Mr. Taylor's practice concentrates in the areas of health care, administrative law, government law, and commercial real estate finance. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Memphis and his Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee. He was an Assistant State Attorney General from 1987 to 1992 and General Counsel to the Tennessee Health Facilities Commission from 1992 to 1994. He is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee and American Bar Associations and the American Health Lawyers Association.
