Emily is an associate attorney with The Siemon Law Firm, practicing in the areas of family law and criminal defense. Emily received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore, where she was inducted into the Huisler Honor Society. She received her B.S. in Family Studies from the University of Maryland. As an undergraduate at the University of Maryland, Emily was selected to participate in an honors program in child advocacy. While obtaining her law degree, Emily was an active member of the University of Baltimore Family Law Association and the Criminal Law Clinic where she prosecuted misdemeanor and felony crimes on behalf of the Maryland State’s Attorney. After graduating from the University of Baltimore, Emily spent one year as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Lawrence R. Daniels of the Baltimore County Circuit Court. Prior to joining The Siemon Law Firm, P.C., Emily was employed for two years as an Assistant Solicitor General prosecuting misdemeanor crimes for Forsyth County and as an attorney for the Gwinnett County Department for Families and Children. When not advocating for her clients, Emily enjoys spending time with her family.
