Kirsch-Goodwin, Lori

Andrew King is a counsel in the firm's Regulatory and Government Affairs Department, and a member of the Antitrust and Competition Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2001. Mr. King's practice focuses on antitrust matters in both the United States and Europe.

Practice

Mr. King has represented national and individual clients in proceedings before the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission and the US District Court for the District of Columbia. He has experience defending DOJ and SEC investigations, and challenging agency rules under the Administrative Procedures Act.
